To secure your spot, a payment of 650 EUR is required (within a maximum of 4 days from registration/completion of the registration form). Your spot is guaranteed only upon receipt of the payment, and it is not guaranteed solely by completing the form or expressing the intention to participate through a message.
***REFUND INFORMATION: The payment made to reserve your spot MAYBE refundable only UNDER the following circumstances:
You are unable to attend, but you find someone to take your place.
If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on the Retreat Guide’s end.
A partial refund may be available in the event of an Act of God that is beyond everyone’s control (i.e. pandemic), depending upon whether the Retreat Guide is able to secure a refund from the venue.
